✓ Loan amount between €50,000 and €250,000.
✓ Competitive variable interest rate of 2.9% p.a. (a margin of 0.65% p.a. over the Bank’s Base Rate, currently 2.25% p.a.).
✓ Maximum repayment term of 10 years.
✓ Financing of up to 100% of the total project cost (inclusive of VAT).
✓ Waived fees:

- Bank legal fees
- Bank architect fees
- Commitment fee
- Early repayment fee
- Standing order charges for loan repayments and insurance premium payments
